SHIPPING & RETURNS
Only be processed orders shipped to Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
The delivery of products, depending on their availability at the time of order but if the item is in stock is usually 4 to 7 days. If you want to confirm product availability before ordering, send an email with the items and sizes that you want and receive an answer shortly.
1. The output term will depend on stock orders at the time of ordering.
2. In case we did not have any stock of the products ordered and could not get the product from our suppliers within 12 days, we would offer you the option to return the amount of products available, wait for your arrival or replace the product ( Always at your option).
3. Once completed and dispatched your order, you OCEANIS STORE provide a pager number of the shipment so you can consult the website of the transport agency the status of your package.
4. I remember that it is very important that your shipping information is correct and complete as possible because it tends OCEANIS will not pay for referrals for errors or omissions in the conduct and reserves the right to change the price in the second shipment. Remember to put the name of the company if the order you will receive in an institution / company.
Any item can be exchanged or refunded except for products that carry a specific otherwise stated. Thus, no product returns accepted with open packaging or products handled or used and product returns have a demerit of 25% restocking fee of the product.
Transport costs caused by the exchange or refund for dissatisfaction by the client / e shall be borne by the / the same / o.
If the change or refund is due to an error by the Oceanis Store service or product defect, Shop Oceanis reimburse shipping costs paid once the product is in its premises and has found the error or default.
Oceanis store is responsible for the quality of their products, and supports the return of any defective product, taking care of the expenses incurred as a result of such repayment if the client / and communicates this in a period of seven (7) days (according to Art.44 of Law 7 / 1996 of 15 January retail management amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19) days from the date of delivery.
In case of failure of the carrier, return the product to the origin will be borne by the shipper within maximum 48 hours after delivery.

Returns from shipping address: If returned without prior notice, postage will not be refunded.
Shipping charges are only refunded if shipment error by SHOP OCEANIS or defective product.
